Ownership & Protection
All content on this website—including but not limited to text, aptitude questions, answer explanations, practice exams, study guides, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, digital downloads, and the selection, arrangement, and compilation thereof (collectively, the “Content”)—is the exclusive intellectual property of Psychometric Testing NZ Police and is protected under:

• New Zealand Copyright Act 1994
• Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works (1886, as revised)
• WIPO Copyright Treaty (WCT)
• TRIPS Agreement (WTO)
• Applicable national laws in over 180 countries

This protection is automatic and applies worldwide upon creation and first publication in New Zealand. Registration is not required for enforcement, though formal registration may strengthen available remedies. The Content constitutes original works independently developed by Psychometric Testing NZ Police. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of any official testing authority, government agency, employer, recruitment body, or any other entity worldwide.

License & Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial preparation for aptitude tests related to the professional service you are applying to (e.g., police, defence, or fire services — anywhere in the world). This license is strictly limited to individual use by the purchasing customer.
Any other use is prohibited without prior written consent.

Prohibited Uses
The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute copyright infringement under New Zealand and international law:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, displaying, modifying, or creating derivative works from any Content
• Sharing login credentials, purchased products, or downloads with any third party
• Republishing, redistributing, or reproducing test materials, questions, or explanations (in full or in part)
• Using Content for commercial training, coaching, tutoring, educational instruction, or resale
• Uploading or posting Content to websites, social media, forums, or file-sharing services
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, data mining, or extracting Content from the site or databases
• Using Content in any automated system, AI training model, large language model (LLM), or machine learning dataset

Prohibited Use in Teaching & Educational Settings
Under no circumstances may the Content—including excerpts, summaries, practice tests, questions, answer explanations, study guides, or any portion thereof—be used in any teaching, training, or educational setting, anywhere in the world, including but not limited to:

• Private or public schools, colleges, universities, or polytechnics
• Government-operated training programs or recruitment courses
• Private tutoring, coaching sessions, or study groups
• Online courses, webinars, virtual classrooms, or e-learning platforms
• Corporate training, HR programs, or pre-employment workshops
• Any group, classroom, or instructional environment

This prohibition applies regardless of profit motive, fee basis, formality, or jurisdiction.
No educator, institution, tutor, or organization is authorized to reproduce, display, distribute, or present the Content to students, trainees, or third parties.

Trademark Notice
The name ADF Aptitude Test Practice, adfaptitudetestpractice.com.au, associated logos, and trade dress are (registered, pending, or protected by use) under New Zealand law and international trademark treaties (including the Madrid Protocol). They may not be used in connection with any product or service not authorized by us, or in any manner likely to cause confusion, disparage, or discredit the brand. All other trademarks appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners.

Enforcement & Legal Remedies
We actively monitor globally for unauthorized use and will pursue all available legal remedies, including:

• Immediate account termination
• Content removal
• Cease-and-desist notices
• DMCA takedown requests (U.S. platforms)
• Notices under local laws (e.g., EU, AU, UK, CA)
• Civil claims for damages, lost profits, and legal fees
• Reporting violations to educational institutions, employers, or law enforcement in any jurisdiction

Unauthorized use may result in criminal prosecution under New Zealand and applicable foreign laws.
